We are recruiting a Workshop Supervisor to join a workshop and aftersales team working with heavy vehicles, buses and engines. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a safety-focused environment and help deliver reliable, high-quality results for customers.
Responsabilidades
- Carry out the day-to-day duties of a Workshop Supervisor to agreed quality and safety standards
- Work closely with your team and other departments to solve problems
- Keep accurate records and follow company procedures
- Identify improvements and share knowledge with colleagues
Requisitos
- Proven experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work safely and follow procedures
- Right to work in the country of the vacancy, or willingness to go through the required process
