This policy explains how NorthRoute Careers collects and uses applicant information.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, country and city, the position you apply for, your cover letter and the documents you upload. We also record your preferred language.
Why we use it
Only to assess your application, contact you about it and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Location and language
To choose a language we use your saved choice, the page address and your browser language. As a fallback we read the approximate country provided by our hosting network from your connection. We never request precise GPS location.
Storage and security
Documents are kept in private, access-controlled storage. Only authorised recruiters can open them, and each access uses a short-lived link.
Retention and your rights
We keep applications for up to 24 months. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting customer service.
Cookies
We store one small preference to remember your language. Staff sign-in uses a secure session.
